How to create a playbook

1. Go to the Knowledge Management System.
   • Click on either All, My Playbooks, Recent, Favorites or Drafts option from the sidebar menu.

1. Click the New Playbook button.
   • The playbook template option will appear.

1. Select a template.
   • Select one of the available templates.
   • Click Use Template once the desired template is selected.

1. You will be redirected to the Playbook Editor.
   • Your newly created playbook will have some initial steps based on the template selected.
