How to duplicate a playbook

You can duplicate a playbook that you either own or is shared with you. Duplicated playbooks have exactly the same contents as the source playbook, but they have a different playbook ID.

1. Go to your Knowledge Management System.
2. Click the triple dot icon ⫶ to open the actions menu for the playbook you want to duplicate.

1. Click Duplicate.
   • The Duplicate Playbook dialog box will appear.

1. Enter a Playbook Name for the duplicate playbook.
   • By default, the name of the source playbook will be used with the “(copy)” suffix.
2. Click Duplicate.

The Knowledge Management System is automatically updated and the duplicated playbook now appears at the top in your Playbooks table.

How to delete a playbook

You can only delete a playbook that you own. The Delete option is not available to playbooks that are shared with you.

1. Go to your Knowledge Management System.
2. Click the triple dot icon ⫶ to open the actions menu for the playbook you want to delete.

1. Click Delete.
   • A Delete Playbook? confirmation dialog box will appear

1. Click Delete to confirm the deletion and permanently delete the playbook.
